From Missionary Roots to Marketplace Ministry
The story of Cashflow for Jesus began over 60 years ago in Brazil.
Phillip Warrick grew up as a missionary kid in Rio de Janeiro, where his parents and grandparents planted churches, discipled believers, and served communities for decades.
He accepted Christ at age 7, surrounded by faith, family, and the mission field.
That legacy became the foundation for everything to come.
A Calling Reignited Through Real Estate
As Phillip entered the world of real estate investing, God revealed a new purpose: to use business as ministry, and real estate as a tool to fund the Gospel.
In 2004, Phillip contributed his vision to the book Walking With the Wise, writing about a concept God placed in his heart — Cashflow for Jesus — long before it became a reality.
After decades of investing, pastoring families through creative finance, and coaching thousands, that vision came full circle.
The Legacy Continues with Lindsey
Phillip and Lindsey built their family, faith, and businesses together.
Their shared passion for:

…led to the formation of the CFFJ Fund and the nonprofit Cashflow for Jesus.
Today, the Warricks steward a nine-figure real estate portfolio, invest across the nation, and lead a growing movement of Kingdom-minded believers who want their wealth to serve God.
