OUR STORY
From Missionary Roots to Marketplace Ministry
Phillip Warrick grew up as a missionary kid in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where his parents and grandparents planted churches that still thrive today. It was there, at age seven, that Phillip accepted Christ and learned that life’s purpose is serving others.
Years later, he and his wife Lindsey built a real estate empire — not for wealth alone, but to create a lasting impact for God’s Kingdom. Phillip’s story was featured in the book Walking with the Wise: Real Estate Investor, where he first shared his vision for Cashflow for Jesus — using real estate profits to fund churches and missionaries.
Today, that dream is reality. Through CFFJ, Phillip and Lindsey are turning business into ministry — creating residual giving through residual income, ensuring that generosity continues long after the gift is given.
